How it works

After you book, someone will contact you to arrange a suitable time based on your time zone. Your confirmation email will include our WhatsApp number — please save it as a contact on your phone so our message reaches you.

We will make every effort to meet the date and time you request. If time-zone differences mean a change is needed, we will let you know.

About the booking charge

The £0.99 charge simply keeps automated and spam bookings out, so that every appointment is a real conversation with a real customer. It is not a fee for the consultation.
