Statement colour, finely detailed — a sheer tissue saree printed with bold multicoloured chevron bands: cream, marigold, coral, teal, blue and magenta running in zigzags across a finely checked ground. A wide rose-pink border with silver zari striping frames both edges, and the pallu carries broad woven zari bands in Banarasi style.

Tissue has a natural crispness and a light shimmer, so the saree holds its shape and catches the light without weight. The colour range makes it an easy one to accessorise — pick out any single shade in the jewellery. It comes with a rose-pink blouse piece with silver zari stripes.
