Blush & Teal Kalamkari Print Tissue Silk Saree

Artisanal, intricately detailed — a tissue silk saree with a blush-beige body carrying a kalamkari-style narrative print: seated courtly figures, peacocks, ornamental pots and scrolling foliage in teal, rust, mustard and olive, with pale gold roundels scattered between them. The wide border and lower pallu are a contrast deep teal blue, woven with a tonal geometric pattern and finished with dark tassels.

The figurative panel is the reason to buy this one — it is a picture rather than a repeat, and the pallu carries the largest scene, so it reads properly when the drape falls over the shoulder. Tissue silk keeps it light despite the visual weight of the border. It comes with a teal blouse piece.
