Beautifully curated, meticulously detailed — a cotton silk saree printed as a patchwork of geometric bands: rows of small triangles, fine vertical stripes, chevrons and floral borders in rose pink, deep raspberry, cream, dusty teal and soft grey. A plain deep rose panel edged in zari runs down one side, and the pallu carries the widest of the printed bands before finishing in tassels. A statement pice not to be missed.

The patchwork idea does a lot of work here: the bands break up the length so the saree reads as considered rather than busy, and the muted teal and grey keep the pinks from becoming sweet. Cotton silk hangs with a little weight but breathes, so it suits a long daytime function. It comes with a printed blouse piece in the same striped and triangular bands.
