Graceful and intricately printed — a saree for the warm months and the lighter occasions: a daytime function, a mandir visit, a summer lunch where anything heavier would be a burden. Sheer kota doria in deep magenta pink, printed all over in the bandhani idiom, with the faint square grid of the kota weave catching the light through the drape.

Fabric and work: fine, semi-sheer kota doria in deep magenta pink. Large curved paisley and leaf motifs are built from rows of small white and pale pink dots in the traditional bandhani manner, set within a lattice of fine golden-yellow dotted lines.
